Registration & KYC Verification

KYC Documents Required

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on vip88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for local payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. Deposits are generally credited within minutes of confirmation. vip88 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) payment method availability. Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within five minutes for verified Gold-tier accounts and above. Standard accounts may experience processing times of up to three business hours. vip88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending anti-fraud review.
Funds in your vip88 account are held for gambling purposes only. vip88 does not pay interest on account balances. You may not transfer funds from your account to another user's account.
Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only, one per household, IP address, and payment method.
- Welcome bonuses apply to first qualifying deposits only, up to the stated maximum (e.g., up to MYR 2,880).
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from credit date).
- During the wagering period, maximum bet limits may apply — commonly RM50 per spin or RM100 per hand where a bonus is active.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate.
- vip88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotions through multi-accounting, use of third-party funds, irregular betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Betting Rules
All bets placed on vip88 — including sports betting, live casino wagers, and slot game spins — are governed by the rules applicable to each specific game or market. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the relevant game rules.
- Sports Betting: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. vip88 offers markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, NBA, and other sports and events.

Prohibited Conduct

Suspension & Termination

- The User's account has been flagged by a financial institution, payment processor, or regulatory authority
- The User requests voluntary self-exclusion via the Responsible Gambling page
- vip88 determines that continued access poses a risk to platform integrity or regulatory compliance
Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory AML review.
Amendments to These Terms
vip88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page unless stated otherwise. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
